Working at PTM Corporation
At PTM Corporation, I created weld fixtures and FANUC Robot Programs using Solidworks, FANUC ROBOGUIDE and Fastsuite E2.
Weld Fixtures
My main job at PTM Corporation was to design weld fixtures for various car parts. These parts were sourced from almost every major car manufacturer, including Tesla.
FANUC Programs
I was responsible for virtually programming FANUC robots in ROBOGUIDE to weld parts, ensuring that all the welds on the fixture were properly reached. I held the sole responsibility for this task, as the only other person capable of programming the robots was located in the shop, working on the physical robot cell.
Fastsuite E2 Transition
During my time at PTM, I actively promoted a more efficient process by advocating for the adoption of Cenit's Fastsuite E2 software as a replacement for ROBOGUIDE. This transition to Fastsuite E2 enabled us to achieve a higher level of efficiency and integration within our workflow.
